Cosmic Shutter is a new photography business based in Eagan, MN and Owatonna, MN. The primary photographer is Kari Otkin. She is also the owner and operator.
Kari takes original photos that you won't find anywhere else. They are unique, and so is her camera! You won't see her with just a basic black camera. Both her basic point and shoot Sony CyberShot and her Pentax dSLR camera are both red. So, you'll always be able to spot her in a crowd.
